Parent Volunteer Opportunities Page

To enhance the safety and well-being of CUSD students, the District will continue implementing a new volunteer approval process.

The District will require all school volunteers to have an approved application on file. 2012-2013 school year Supervised volunteers do not need to fill out another application for the 2013-2014 school year unless informed otherwise. Unsupervised volunteers will need to fill out new applications every year.

Click the link below to download the new volunteer approval application and information or you may find a copy at each site.
